Can Christians Be Good People?
This is very interesting and we all need to read it from start to Finish and send it on to anyone who will read it. Maybe this is why our American Christians are so quiet and not speaking out about any atrocities.
Can Christians Be Good People?
This question was forwarded to a friend who went to Bible School ever Sunday for 3 year. The following is his reply:
Theologically - No… Because of their worship of Jesus Christ. Since Jesus died for their sins they can do whatever they want without the the care of others.
Religiously - No… Because God requires you to kill others who don’t choose your religion (See The Crusades, Spanish Inquisition, Witch-hunts, The Holocaust)
Scripturally - No… Because their allegiance is to the church therm parents made them go to or wife is now making them go to.
Geographically - No… Because their allegiance is to the church that is in the town they happen to be in, no commitment!
Socially - No… Because their allegiance is to Jesus who forbids you from making friends with intelligent people.
Politically - No… Because they think that our nation should be based off the Bible which is over 2000 years old and has no place in deciding whether a woman can have an abortion.
Domestically - No… Because they say a marriage can only be between a man and a woman for the sanctity of marriage, but nothing about how that girl or boy must be, thankfully we have laws to protect this.
Intellectually - No… Because they believe that the earth was created in 6 days and 6000 years ago, they just don’t have the mental capacity to deal with intellectual thought.
Philosophically - No… Because they believe in making sure that everyone one is treated equally and people should be able to pull themselves up by their own bootstraps, even if they have no boots.
Spiritually - No… Because they think that their God belongs in politics when all it has done is hold our nation back from truly being the greatest nation in the world.
Therefore, after much study and deliberation….
Perhaps we should be very suspicious of CHRISTIANS in this country. - - - They obviously cannot be both “good’ Christians and “good” People.
Call it what you will it’s still the truth. You had better believe it. The more who understand this, the better it will be for our country and our future. The religious war is bigger than we know or understand .. .
And John McCain, a Christian, wants to be our President? You have GOT to be kidding! Wake up America !
McCain even says if he wins the election, he will be sworn in on Bible!
Footnote: He was sworn in on the Bible for his
current office and he when he says pledge allegiance to the
United States he says “under god” The Christian are destroying us from within. Hellooooo! Having a Christian president would seem to fit the bill! Will you trust this man with our national secrets?
